Evangelism as Exiles: A King’s Change

Pride promises glory, but only God gives grace. In Daniel 4, we witness one of the most remarkable stories in Scripture: the humbling and restoration of King Nebuchadnezzar. After building his own kingdom and exalting himself above all others, God confronts the king’s pride through a dream, a warning, and ultimately a season of brokenness that leads to repentance.

This sermon explores the danger of pride, the patience of God, and the transforming power of His grace. Through Nebuchadnezzar’s story, we are reminded that every earthly kingdom fades, but God’s kingdom endures forever. The question for each of us is: Will we continue building our own kingdom, or will we humble ourselves before the King of Heaven?

No one is beyond the reach of God’s grace. And no pride is too great for Him to humble and redeem. In this message:
