About Alison

Alison Dominguez has been sent as a missionary to The Gambia, West Africa by West Cabarrus church in partnership with ABWE (Association of Baptists for World Evangelism). Alison has been a member of West Cabarrus Church since 2010 and this is where God equipped her to serve Him in career ministry.  She began her first term serving in The Gambia in 2016.  The Gambia is a small Muslim country in West Africa and Allison primarily ministers to the unreached Wolof people group who are only 0.11% evangelical Christian.  She works at a rural medical clinic in the village of Ndungu Kebbeh alongside other missionaries and national workers.  The team’s vision is to share the love of Christ to the people of the Gambia and partner with the Lord in making disciples in all nations. The Health Center and other ministries in The Gambia provide many opportunities to build lasting relationships that lead to opportunities to share the gospel with unreached neighbors.
